Glossopdale guidedogs fundraising group are an amazing group of volunteers with a mixture of sighted and visually impaired guidedog owners. We raise funds in numerous ways from bucket collection’s in local stores and supermarkets, to sponsored walks.
The Great Glossop Bake Off was a fantastic opportunity for people to show off their superb culinary skills whilst raising vital funds for Guidedogs.
Some of our members know from personal experience how important a guidedog can be to someone’s life, giving them the independence and freedom to live their life.The lifetime cost of a working guidedog is £55000 so every penny raised makes a huge difference and enables Guidedogs to continue to provide more of these life changing dog’s.
